These Terms / Conditions Generales d'Utilisation ("Terms") explain how you may use UpYourTV. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

UpYourTV is a cloud-hosted personal media library. You can upload files, add media URLs, organize your private library, and stream media from your account.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You must not share access in a way that bypasses account limits.

You keep ownership of the files, links, metadata, and other content you add to UpYourTV. We only process that content to provide the service to you.

You agree that you will only add media you are legally allowed to use.

• No content that infringes someone else's rights.
• No malware, abusive automation, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No resale, public rebroadcasting, or commercial redistribution through UpYourTV.
• No use that violates applicable law or payment-provider rules.

Paid plans are subscription-based and may include storage, streaming, and feature limits. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and included usage are shown before checkout.

We may update, pause, or remove features as the service evolves. We may suspend or terminate access if an account creates security, abuse, legal, payment, or operational risk.

Where practical, we will contact you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue.

UpYourTV is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, UpYourTV is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by content you add or third-party services outside our control.

If these Terms change, we will update this page and the "last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify active users by email or in the app.
